Do I need to bring bed linens?
Yes, bedding is not provided for our cabins. Beds contain a mattress cover and two pillows with pillow cases only. Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee. Check with the office for pricing and availability.
Do I need to bring bath towels?
Yes, towels are not supplied but can be provided for an additional fee.
What is all included in my cabin?
All of our cabins include the following for your convenience:
- Dish washing liquid
- Dish towels & sponge
- Toilet tissue
- Garbage bags
- Broom & dust pan
- Gas grill, with propane
- TV with DirecTV service
- Limited Wi-Fi (Internet service is very limited in the area so may be very spotty)

Is housekeeping available?
Each Cabin is professionally prepared for your comfort and enjoyment before your arrival. Daily cleaning service can be made available for an additional daily fee. If you are staying 8 or more nights, housekeeping provides an additional complimentary mid-stay clean.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we encourage you to bring to your pet to any of our pet friendly accommodations. There is a refundable $100 pet cleaning/damage deposit added to your cabin charges and an additional $10.00 per resort fee. Our pet friendly cabins are limited, and we recommend you call in advance to reserve.
Is there a cleaning fee for the Cabins?
Yes, a refundable $100.00 damage/cleaning fee is added to your charges. After your cabin has been evaluated and inventory checked, if the cabin is left in good condition, your damage/cleaning fee will be mailed back to you within two weeks.
Do the Cabins have washers & dryers?
No, but there is a coin-operated laundry facility available for our guests to use.
Is the Cabins inventory checked?
Yes, before your arrival the cabins inventory is checked and counted. Any discrepancies to this list should be brought to the attention of the housekeeping staff. The inventory is rechecked after your departure. Your damage/cleaning fee is affected by changes in this inventory.
All dogs must be on a leash at all time. Chows, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrids and any mix including these 5 are NOT allowed in our park due to insurance stipulations. Maximum of 2 pets per site or cabin only. Pets are not to be left alone. Our beach and swim area are OFF limits to all dogs. Dogs are allowed on the East side of the park, past the fishing dock.
Pet Fee for Cabins (5,6,7 & 8 only) = $10.00 per pet, per day plus an additional $100.00 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly so we must strictly adhere to policies. Changing your reservation or decreasing the length of your stay affects the rate, amenities and/or availability of the cabin or site. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policies.
CABINS Your deposit is refundable less $25 processing fee, per cabin, if we are notified of cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is made on or after this date, all deposit refunds are pending our ability to re-rent the cabin for the entire length of your original reservation dates. If we can re-rent your cabin, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, and a check will be mailed within 2 weeks.
